The goal at LSFC is to ship out all orders within a 2-4-week window, depending on inventory and if custom flies are included in the order. LSFC will attempt to turn around orders quicker, but reminds the general public that this company’s staff is a grand total of 1 (although he has won employee of the month every month it’s been in business)

All flies following the design - test - adapt cycle loop, looking for constant improvements in all components of fly design.

Flies are rigorously tested in a few ways - through a network of “fly partners” across the USA that provide feedback on fly design and actual usage, and myself testing them a few hundred yards from my apartment in East Harlem on the East River. Yes, that East River.

LSFC will ensure that all issues are fixed as quickly as possible, and any damaged or missing flies immediately replaced - please email lowandslowflyco@gmail.com with your order and confirmation numbers as well as the issues you are experiencing.

Prices range from $6 to $10 + per fly

Flies are priced accordingly due to a variety of inputs, including cost of materials and time spent to create a dozen flies. Oh, and a little bit of shooting from the hip as well.

All flies that leave LSFC are made with the highest quality materials, both natural and synthentic, available on the market today. LSFC sources its materials through a variety of fly shops, vendors, and sketchy bucktail dealers met through nefarious back-channels.

Flies are tied on the following hooks depending on pattern and size:

Gamakatsu B10S Stinger, SC15 Standard, and SL12S Big Game

Mustad Aberdeen 60 degree jig hook

Ahrex SA210 Bob Clouser signature hook

You can either fill in the details for the fly design or pattern you’re interested in under “custom flies” on the order form, or you can email directly to lowandslowflyco@gmail.com with the necessary information. In both cases, a confirmation email will ensure the details of your order (please note that “custom flies” are a higher price point)

There are two options:

1. Sign up to be a fly partner. I am looking for fly fishers interested in working with me on fly design and feedback based on your individual home waters. Please email lowandslowflyco@gmail.com if interested.

2. Ask for free flies. If you’re asking, I’m assuming that you’re in a tough spot and / or are helping someone out in a tough spot. I’m happy to send a few free flies to anyone that truly needs them.

While there are no formal quantity discounts based on larger orders, I am open to trades and barters to knock $$$s off (please note what your offer is in the body of your email and be aware that all offers are subject to review)

I’m not going to try to force or make you, this is your time and hard-earned cash at stake. If you’re looking for cheaper alternatives, or different materials and designs, I will happily point you in the direction of some great individuals. However, if you’re looking for a small production tier whose sole focus is quality flies that catch fish, LSFC is your spot.

My name is CB - I’ve been fishing my entire life, specifically focusing on fly fishing and fly-tying since 2018. I’m an amateur just like anyone else and constantly learning and improving the best I can (don’t let anyone tell you that I’m a professional). I enjoy chasing beers on the flats, in the surf, and across rivers, with the occasional fish interlude to breakup the silence.
